The spin tube is an inertia self-cleaning filter, consisting of an array of small moulded cyclones. Standard cyclone material is polypropylene but where fire precautions are specified then a fire-resistant alternative material can be used. This fire-resistant material conforms to the classification of materials for rolling stock. Then opacity and toxicity results recorded for the combustion emission tests meet the requirements of the French Standard NF F-16-101.
The cyclones are mounted in an array between two battle plates to form a sandwich. Each cyclone is made up of two elements: the inlet and the outlet tube and the guide vanes. The sandwich panels may be modularised, depending upon the airflow to be treated and the design selected to suit the individual application.
Designed to remove the bulk of airborne sand and dust from inlet air in dry, dusty or sandy climates whilst maintaining air flow rate characteristics by means of a unique double blade design. Sand trap Louvres are capable of performing as natural ventilators or to alleviate the load on the main filtration stage of air conditioning equipment. Sand and dust is evacuated from the base of the louvre by means of slots in the base, keeping maintenance to a minimum and ensuring an obstruction free operation under all conditions.
Wozair Group dampers are designed to provide protection for persons and equipment during blast, fire and air leakage. The Blast Tube Array (BTA) mitigates the passage of blast pressure along a ventilation system using only a static design array of stainless-steel tubes. The unique design of the BTA is Globally patented.
The Marine Fire Damper (MFD) holds Type Approval Certification for cellulosic fire conditions A0 - A60 along with ATEX third party approval and Marine Equipment Directive (MED) certification from Lloyds Register. This includes recognition by the US Coast Guard (USCG) under the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA).
The Total Isolation Damper (TID) is suited for extreme applications where there is a need to maintain zero leakage rates while operating within high ductwork pressures. It is designed in accordance with BNG/BNFL and AWE specification NF0155/1 and DSD/A/S/2051/001.
AHUs are designed to provide conditioned air that is filtered, cooled, heated, humidified or dehumidified according to Customer requirements. They can be designed in draw through or blow through arrangements and many combinations of options and control methods can be considered with single or dual fans. AHUs can also be designed to incorporate both supply and exhaust air sections with heat recovery if required.
Designed in-line with applicable EU Directives along with compliance to end-user specifications, the units are constructed with durability and compact size in mind without compromising on user safety and maintainability. Units are generally designed to be lifted and positioned as one complete assembly, to minimise installation time. However modular or flat-packed format can be provided to facilitate any on-site installation requirements and restrictions.
The Woz-X Separator is designed to remove oil and vapour mist drawn through extract ventilation ducts, primarily serving shale shakers and mud tank/mud pit areas, thus protecting operators, equipment and the environment. A single stage separator can be installed into existing extract systems or designed for new applications.
Where very high levels of oil and mist separation are required a three stage separator is also available and, if required, the Woz-X Separator can be packaged with extract fans.
Weather louvres are designed primarily for Offshore and Petro-chemical industries and are well suited to ventilation and Power generation air intake and exhaust applications, as well as louvre cladding systems.
The function of the weather louvre is to prohibit the ingress of wind driven rain into the ventilation system. Three configurations of louvre are available with a range of efficiency performance to suit particular applications. Each configuration has been subject to a performance test by a third party independent test authority (BSRIA).
