Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement

In 2018 Oxifree Global unveiled a new and improved Polymelt 50 applicator for use with the anti-corrosion thermoplastic coating, TM198. Continuing their commitment to continuous product development they are proud to unveil a new and improved Polymelt 12 applicator.

In 2018 we launched the new and improved Polymelt 50 so it was the next step that our Polymelt 12 machine see the same evolution.” 

The Polymelt 12 applicator is the smaller machine from the Oxifree fleet, a more portable option for demonstrations, repairs, areas of confined accessibility, or smaller projects. The machine has a capacity of 5.5kg (12lbs) and a long 6m (20ft) hose.

To create the new machine, Oxifree took feedback from their own projects, from customers and reviewed the environments the machines operate in, whilst looked at the demands in the market.

The new PM12 highlights include a 10% reduction in overall size making it easier to transport and manoeuvre, a 40% longer hose length, along with a new contemporary and practical design for added usability and an additional heater for improved heating time and productivity. The new machines began shipping in April and the reception thus far has been positive.

Providers of anti-corrosion and contamination solutions, Oxifree Metal Protection offers TM198, a thermoplastic coating for the protection of metal assets. Application of TM198 is fast and simple by their range of applicator machines of which the Polymelt 12 is the smaller applicator. TM198 provides long term corrosion protection even in the harshest of environments.
