Hi-Force - The UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic tools

The UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic tools, Hi-Force, offers an extensive range of products including cylinders, pumps, bolt tensioners, torque tools, nut splitters, flange spreaders, hydrotest pumps, Toughlift jacking systems and other industry specific tools.

As a result, Hi-Force customers and their industries include: oil & gas; mining; petrochemicals and refining; ship building and repair; heavy engineering; and many industrial service companies supporting these industries.

Hi-Force is committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality and using the best machinery available to ensure that all products meet the most stringent quality requirements possible. Hi-Force operates from a "state of the art" manufacturing facility located in Daventry, England, that houses everything from product design, through to manufacture, assembly, testing and certification, of an extensive range of hydraulic, pneumatic and bolting tools. The facility is home to a fleet of 12 Mori Seki CNC machines as well as four HAAS machines. The HAAS machines complement and free up capacity on the more specialised Mori Seki 5 and 7 axis machines by completing the simpler operations. With greater flexibility and additional capacity in the manufacturing department, Hi-Force continues to supply the ever-increasing demand for standard as well as custom design products for its worldwide customers.

Hi-Force believes that the success of the brand is not only dependent on manufacturing and supplying tools of high quality and performance, but also ensuring that users of our products are able to access high quality after sales services. Tool repair, testing and maintenance services are available at all Hi-Force regional offices, and many of the company's participating distributors. In addition, Hi-Force utilises its extensive rental tool inventory and experienced crews to offer first class on-site service packages for on-site bolting, lifting and jacking applications from a simple bolt up of a single flange joint, to major construction and maintenance shutdown projects.

With the ever expanding network of Hi-Force regional offices and authorised distributors, Hi-Force is fully committed to improving levels of technical capability. It continues to invest considerable efforts in the establishment of first class technical sales and service training courses for both sales teams and end users. Hi-Force is approved by the ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) for the provision of Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) training courses in line with industry standards and practices. With many years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, Hi-Force's ECITB approved trainers have the technical and practical knowledge and understanding to deliver the accredited training courses. Held on a regular basis, the courses are carried out in ECITB approved training schools in the UK, UAE, Malaysia, South Africa and The Netherlands.

Through investment in facilities, product design and manufacturing capabilities and with over 30 years of hydraulic tool manufacturing and technical sales experience, Hi-Force is certainly a company that can be trusted with current and future hydraulic tool demands.
